A little about me:  My name is Tim Boostrom.  I was born in McVille, North Dakota 01/13/53.  


In College I took up Electronics my main degree also took Electrical, civil engineering, computer programing, FCC, auto mech,mechanical drafting,  heating and air, sheet metal, machine tooling, color TV, Printing, welding, Drafting, etc.
I have operated much heavy equip.
Now I do construction, Investments, Facilitating and help in law or whatever way I can to help someone, God and country.
With my knowledge and experience I try to bring people together who are honest and willing to work hard to achieve their goals.  For anything is possible.
I had an article written about me in the largest paper in the state of North Dakota the Fargo Forum.
Grew up on a farm, farmed 5.5 quarters of land specialty crops  (lintels, faba bean, mustard, coriander, millet, timothy, alfalfa, drum, wheat, corn, sorghum, oats, barley, peas, etc.).   Raise 80 Cattle, 6 Pigs, 12 Horses, 100 chickens, 12,000 Geese, 300 wild turkey, 2,500 pheasants, sheep, dairy cattle, cats, dogs etc.  
Purchase a bar on contract for deed. expanded it to Bar, bakery, cafe and arcade and roofing business.

I was a involve in 13 Non-profit organization.  I was chairman of activities of Diamond Jubilee, Economic Development Coordinator for 3 years( where I raised $2 million for a pasta plant to be located). member of Commercial club design a brochure for the City, Fireman 20 yrs, EMT/ECT/ambulance driver volunteer 20 yrs, President of Pekin Rod & Gun Club, President of McVille Circle 8'ers, Scoutmaster, Order of Arrow highest honors,  Knights of Pythias, Neman Center, 4-H, Red Cross CPR instructor, North Dakota Hunter safety instructor, life guard, etc.

After a fire destroyed the business I trucked for 6 years across the US.  While doing this I started a cleaning business and construction business.

I was invited through the UN to go to Muscat Oman for the World summit on innovation and Entrepreneurs   I was dealing with bio fuels at the time.
I am honest.  If you ask a question and really do not want a truthful answer do not ask me if it is going to hurt you.  If I feel it will hurt you I will try and avoid answering the question.  But if you persist I will more than likely answer.

At first I said I would never get a credit card.  I did 14 years ago.  since they started  recording me I have not missed a payment on any of my 16 cards. 
 My first loan was when I was about 18 from farm credit services after paying them off in one year I said never again. That was for my 12,000 geese.
My second was a contract for deed on the Bar.
My Third was on a motor cycle
Other wise I have mostly dealt with cash.

I am a very hard worker.  When I farmed and own and operated the bar, bakery, cafe, and arcade.  I put in 21 hours a day 6 day a week and 18 on Sunday.

I self taught my self in computer languages dos and Unix.  I was offer to be a professor at the college.
I started out with a TRS 80 in 1979 $1600 for 16k memory with one single side floppy.  later upgraded to dual side floppy for $800 216k.  then upgraded to a model 6000 using unix. and 8 inch floppies. kept upgrading through out the years.
